Mrs Kudirat Adeboye, the 52-year-old businesswoman who was rescued from a forest used as kidnappers den along Epe Road, Lagos, two weeks ago, by operatives of Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS yesterday, gave a chilling account of her six-day ordeal in the hands of h

The woman said she neither ate nor drank during her six-day ordeal.

Her account followed the arrest of three suspected members of the kidnap syndicate that abducted her at about 7pm, along Eleko Epe Expressway, on April 4.

Among them, was a popular DJ around Sango-Tedo area of Lekki and an electrician.

The suspects, Ifeanyin Chukwuleta, 25; Kolawole Alani, 26, and Rasheed Adetunji, 28, confessed to be responsible for the kidnap of persons within Lekki-Ajah, Epe and Ijebu-Ode areas of Lagos and Ogun states.

Their leader, one Niyi Omosola, reportedly died after an exchange of gun fire with the operatives, while he had gone to pick the N3 million ransom for the release of Adeboye , two weeks ago, along Ijebu-Ode road.

Describing the six days in the kidnapper’s den as the most horrible experience in her life, Adeboye, who also gave her name as Titilayo Kettle, said: “I really appreciate the police for their support, without which I could not have come out of that forest alive.”

“I never knew I would be alive to testify today. Those days were the most horrible days of my life and I never wish to experience such again.”
